DESIGN

BVN, where creative ideas are supported, continuously invests in research and development and product development. In order to provide better service to our customers in the air conditioning sector, heating sector and other sectors, the entire process is approached innovatively, starting with design and ending with after-sales support. New ideas that improve the conditions of the market, meet customer expectations and create a difference are brought to the agenda in routine meetings. Ideas that will provide benefit are implemented after being supported by literature reviews.

While designing the ventilation fans and electric motors in our product group, we draw strength from our university-industry cooperation, our experienced and experienced staff, our knowledge and creative ideas, and we aim for energy efficiency for nature and quality for customer satisfaction. Our product design technologies are of great importance in terms of product development and creating added value.

Product Design Process;

1. Invention of the idea or determination of the need,

2. Literature review,

3. Theoretical calculations with analytical and numerical methods

4. Creation of 3-D geometries in Solidworks according to the theoretical calculations,

5. Material optimization

6. Thermal, vibration, fatigue and strength analyses of the prepared 3-D geometries in the ANSYS Structural program and simultaneous CFD analyses in the ANSYS CFX program to obtain aerodynamic and acoustic properties,

7. Preparation of the prototype if the theoretical results in the computer environment are suitable,

8. Conducting aerodynamic performance tests in test rigs and in our Fan Test Tunnel and evaluating the results

9. Returning to Article 1 to continue the work on developing the product

Computer Aided Manufacturing: Powermill, Cadman.

PROTOTYPE

In BVN, fan prototypes are prepared to verify the analysis and simulations made after the design while producing the most efficient fans. Tests are carried out within the limits specified by internationally accepted standards and the prototypes prepared according to analytical and numerical calculations are verified to ensure that everything is perfect.

Production methods and technologies are continuously improved to accelerate the production process of the designed product.

MOLD PRODUCTION

Prototype models that have successfully passed all tests proceed to the molding stage. Our expert staff lays the first foundations of innovative and high-performance BVN fans using the latest mold production technologies. Mold production is carried out in the Mold Processing Centers within BVN, which have the latest technology. The ability to perform molding processes within our company allows us to control high quality, provide cost advantage and save time. Thus, new product varieties are quickly added to the product portfolio with reasonable costs. All molds of our various product groups such as Axial Fans, Radial Fans, Roof Fans, Duct Fans, Plastic Fans, Jet Fans, Cooling Fans, External Rotor Motor Laminations, Tangential Fans, Hood Fans, Kitchen Exhaust Fans, Cellular Fans, Shelter Fans are produced in our Molding Unit.

DOCUMENTATION

In order to ensure continuity in quality and control, material selections are made to meet the relevant international standards for each fan, motor and all components that make up these products designed by R&D. Technical specifications and production processes for the components are documented and archived in detail.

BVN ensures product quality and reliability with TSE, TSE-K, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, UKR SEPRO, PCT GOST, SGS, CE, ROHS certificates.

PRODUCTION

With 30 years of BVN experience, various production techniques, different technologies and the opportunity to create many new production processes has been provided. Thanks to the production line that is constantly developing and growing with investments, customer demands from different parts of the world are produced in a very short time.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality Control at BVN starts with the material input. The raw materials and components used in the products are at the highest quality level. All materials coming from our suppliers must meet the technical specification conditions specified by BVN. Faultless production is targeted with the initial and batch controls carried out at every stage of production. Each product is subject to 100% control before packaging and it is ensured that each packaged product will be shipped without any problems. BVN's current rejection rate in production is below 500 PPM and AQL 0.15 inspection level applies '2 UNI ISO 2859-1' standards.

PACKAGING

Our designers, in collaboration with packaging suppliers, develop environmentally friendly, recyclable packaging suitable for sea, air, land and rail transportation for BVN fans. Horizontal and vertical pressure resistance tests are performed on the designed packaging to confirm that they are sufficient to protect the product. In this way, BVN products are delivered to customers all over the world in the most robust way possible.|

STORAGE-LOGISTICS

Istanbul is one of the most important trade centers in Turkey and the world. With its large trade volume and unique location advantage, it is an important logistics center that can provide the most suitable and fastest service to the entire world in terms of logistics. Our Warehouse-Shipping Center located in our Istanbul factory also provides a great advantage in terms of logistics due to its location.

BVN fans are stored by barcoding. Thanks to our system integrated with our ERP system, 100,000 products are stocked without errors and shipped in line with orders. Thanks to the equipped equipment and loading ramps, ten trucks of products can be shipped daily.
